| Clarion Collection Hotel Havnekontoret will have 116 rooms and suites. The suites will be the finest available in Bergen. A restaurant, bar and lobby will be integral to the development, which will convert the harbour offices into a hotel. It is also planned to include an observation room in the tower, as well as a relaxation area with a sauna, Roman baths and an exercise room.
